Extreme Dance Challenge (EDC) is an annual dance competition that takes place in Alberta. The company wanted to refresh their website and promotional materials, and asked for our help.
EDC had enlisted an event photographer to document the physical feats of their performers. Using shots from an actual competition, we developed an eye-catching new look to appeal to their audience, and people paid attention. Registrations filled to 80 percent capacity in th first month of promotions.

Social media promos
We considered the look and presentation of similar competitions as part of ensuring that EDC’s new branding would stand out from the crowd.
Using the event photographer’s stunning images from the actual competition, we incorporated a swirling light effect to add an element of motion to each photo. Complementary designs for stage backdrops, ads, programs, trophies and medals, stage backdrops, programs, ads and other materials were other components of this campaign.
Responsive website development
The updated website included newly branded images, text, Q&As, a contact form and connection to the registration system. Wordpress and the amazing Divi theme allows us to easily customize website page layouts. A training session is included as part of the package, so that clients can make their own edits once the site is handed over.
