What is your process?
We begin by asking a few questions about your project and what you’d like to accomplish. Then, we lay out a timeline and milestone goals, and depending on the project, provide you with conceptual ideas as part of the process.
How much input will I have?
We work with all kinds of clients, from those who have a very specific idea of what they want to those who just need quality creative. If you have a vision for your logo, brand or content, talk to us about it and we’ll do our best to bring it to life. We include opportunities for you to provide feedback, and will ’tilt and tweak’ the creative to suit your purposes.
How much do you charge?
Every project is different and we work on a case-by-case basis, so our first step is always to talk with you about what you need. Once we have a better idea of what you have in mind, we can give you either a starting point for pricing or a full quote.
How long have you been doing this?
We’ve provided creative services to clients for over 20 years.
Do you have references?
Yes, we can provide those on request.
How long does it take to complete a project?
It will depend on what you want to accomplish. As our process is collaborative, our timeline will depend at least partially on information you provide and how quickly you get back to us. For instance, when developing a website, we start off with client homework – questions about you, your organization and your project. Depending on project scope, we can either book your project in for a set time in the future, or fit it into our existing schedule.
